The Environment Agency is holding a customer workshop on Tuesday 29 May 2018 on their landspreading permitting process. Places are limited and therefore to accommodate as many consultants and representatives from different companies as possible no more than 2 people from the same organisation are invited to attend. Once they reach maximum attendance they will notify you and put your name on a reserve list.
Please email NPSfeedback@environment-agency.gov.uk with your name and contact details to reserve your place.
The EA will use this opportunity to share information with you about how deployments service works to make it clearer where you can get support from the EA. They are also inviting your suggestions of discussion points to include on the agenda. Please tell them your top 3 concerns (by 20 May) and they will discuss as many as possible at this workshop, prioritising those that are most commonly raised. Please note: They will only discuss points that are raised in advance, we do not anticipate there being time for AOB on the day.
The EA have listened to feedback from their previous workshop in January that told us you would like us to meet you somewhere accessible by road with parking, therefore they have planned this workshop at a more accessible venue in Warrington. As this event is taking place in the north, they have committed to ensuring the next workshop in approximately 6 months time will be run in the south. If you cannot attend this workshop, please subscribe to the EA quarterly landspreading newsletter, where we will share a summary of the discussions held, here.
· NPS who’s who
· Getting deployments advice from the EA
· Update on actions from our last workshop
· Discussion of key concerns raised by customers
Attendees will be sent a finalised agenda once discussion points are confirmed.
